I have found that the combination of yoga and strengething/work out through the week is the best way to keep my joints and muscles healthy. I think its important to express a reminder for side lunges that your bent knee shouldn't come out in front of your foot (to ensure you're not puting pressure on your knee). It’s just what I needed to help stretch out my hips and work my back/ core after being on my feet 10-14 hours a day at work walking at least 6 miles each day. I have injured my hamstrings through yoga (silly me, I overstretched them) a few month ago and been slowly recovering. I have realized how important to strengthen core through my painful experience. However I work 12 hour shifts and sometimes I only have a half hour and this way I get a work out with a grounded vibe and still get my yoga fix! Thanks Tim!
