What's For Dinner? ~Healthy Meals on a Budget!~



okay we are back from vacation and doing what's for dinners again because I am getting back on track so for dinner tonight I have four ounces of boneless skinless chicken breast with a little bit of pesto on top this is actually cooked in the crock pot literally dump the chicken in through the pesto on top and cooked it like that and then I have a cup of regular cut green beans I have a few pieces of bacon bits and a little bit of Parmesan cheese and then a small little baked potato on the side and I just have salt and pepper on top of it I plan on digging out the potatoes and kind of combining everything together so yeah that is what's for dinner tonight pretty easy simple back to the basics for dinner tonight again going with the healthier options now I know we are on paper plate Halloween we had some leftover and I'm just using them but we have about four ounces of lemon pepper chicken that's all there is on it and some butternut squash and green beans this is a smaller plate I don't know if you guys can tell based on my hand size but about half a cup of green beans and like a cup of butternut squash I just roasted those with a little bit of olive oil and salt and pepper and that is what's for dinner tonight actually very delicious okay dinner tonight is taco salad everybody else is having tacos we have mini flour tortillas mini corn tortillas and tostada shells I did mine over a huge bed of lettuce so this actually looks really big and it is big but it's pretty healthy I have about 2 cups of shredded iceberg lettuce 4 ounces of taco meat about 50 grams of avocado a couple of diced up roma tomatoes 1/2 a cup of refried beans 1/2 a cup of cauliflower rice quarter of a cup of Mazetti tamed jalapenos half an ounce of Colby Jack Monterey Jack cheese I mean Colby you know what I mean that kind of cheese I shredded it myself and 2 tablespoons of the Ortega taco sauce I'm so excited to eat this looks delicious hey guys for a dinner tonight we are having leftover Thai but with chicken so yesterday we did ground beef today is pulled chicken or sorry shredded chicken with tomato sauce is it just tomato paste and seasonings on the rest made dinner tonight and looks delicious so I opted for the three mini corn tortillas you can have three of them for 100 calories I have about 5 announces of shredded chicken 30 grams of avocado and a half a cup of my cauliflower rice and that is what's for dinner tonight very good for dinner tonight we are having a home chef meal which looks absolutely delicious I mean it looks so so good it is right around three ounces of salmon it has this is the home shelf home I keep calling her home shelf home chef chili lime salmon with roasted cherry with a squash and Moho de Ajo am I saying that right baby okay with onions and everything it looks so delicious is the first time we've tried out a home chef meal I have another one in the fridge that will probably make tomorrow or Saturday but this one looks absolutely delicious I will leave a link down below for a home chef if you're interested the link gets you $30 off your first purchase but mmm I'm excited to dive into this for dinner tonight we are doing another home chef meal this is a flour tortilla you burn yourself yeah same here I burn my finger right here this is the chicken adobo tostadas it is a flour tortilla that you make into a tostada red lentils some enchilada shredded chicken with a little bit of cheese and some cilantro i nix the red chili peppers just because I didn't we didn't want the spice I'm the best as the only one that could do that but I did excuse you cook the chicken with the red onion I put a little bit of my sour cream on this so that is what's for dinner tonight Louis delicious for dinner tonight something that you guys have seen before I have one of the light Thomas English muffins the whole wheat a little bit of prego low sodium traditional marinara sauce a tiny bit of the Costco mustard shredded mozzarella three pepperonis on each their croutons mama crouton she keeps calling them cookies we have salad with romaine lettuce some feta cheese and bacon some carrots cucumbers that I said bacon bits light ranch dressing with some croutons that is what's for dinner tonight and yes I'm using a kids plate don't judge
