What supplements Do I Take?

yo what's going on guys so I just got done with a late night workout and I figured it's the perfect time to show you some of the supplements that I've been taking a few of them being from the last few months up into just essentials for lifting or just beginning to exercise in general like I told you performance that kind of stuff um I would love to kind of get out this this box and go towards that angle when I see a lot of you guys are really interested in it so here we are these are some of the supplements that take first and foremost let's start with the essentials let's just start with the breakdown of the story you guys know originally college basketball usually in shape the last two years really really bad I was like up to 215 now I'm about 185 190 good results man honestly like I've put in even like putting on some pretty good like muscle size and I'm still working on it day by day man it's a work in progress and it's funny because ever since I started like going back to the gym my mentality has changed even the consistency of my videos and has changed if you guys have noticed you know just my whole vibe has changed down like 25 pounds it's been amazing so if you're just starting out into lifting or you know you want to get into it you want to lose some weight essential you know these are the things that I believe that you need it's super simple man first and foremost get you a good creatine creatine is not dangerous it's not gonna harm you any type of way your body already makes creatine can help you allow their strength gains make sure you drink a lot of water with this and then number one on the list man it definitely has to be a good protein this one is bad Blackstone lab this has definitely been the best protein I've ever had it's the vanilla flavor and this is the isolate if you're new if you're just starting out man you don't need all these pills and all these different supplements get you a good protein a good creatine and stay consistent man eat get all your food I was originally taking BCAAs only take them as much just cuz my diet is pretty good like I love to chef it up you guys already know and then let's get into some of just you know the the Wellness supplements you know I take magnesium before I go to sleep this is from Swanson if you guys want any like solid but cheaper but very high quality vitamins I'll put the links down below to go check out Swanson products they're super good this is my multivitamin I just want you guys to see like I take I'm not getting paid or anything this is just what I take you know these are my preferences this is a men's daily multivitamin magnesium is just good to take it for you in a sleep helps you sleep a little bit better vitamin D sometimes I'm inside cooped up editing whatever I'm doing I don't really get outside but sometimes so I need that vitamin D it's just essential here's another one that I take its coq10 this is for your cardiovascular health there's been a lot of benefits in science behind this so just another thing that I added to my regimen folic acid big one for me take this every morning and then another one that's just really good for you is just your omega-3s I love to eat fish especially salmon so I most likely get enough omega-3 down the daily but you know just taking this helps a lot with joints and just overall well-being you know your heart in your brain now you know one thing about fish oils sometimes you get them nasty fish burps this is actually the lemon flavor I don't know if it's focused on that so you don't get that taste at all and it also has vitamin D and it's kind of get the best of both worlds now we're getting into more of the intermediate to higher level lifting or just fitness in general andrew Jenin this is all guys have from Instagram now I I take this like I know what's up with this it's basically an anabolic activator these are natural supplements I'm not taking any steroids or pro hormones or anything like that I love this product if you are gonna get it I recommend getting two bottles because that's when you really start to feel it then I take the egg pack smell this promotes you know natural testosterone I have I've tried two bottles of this it's been good I've noticed like some serious strength gains and you know just better performance when it comes to working out the pee Iook at this promotes you know dry hard gains I've definitely looked a lot leaner just a lot more chiseled now I ran out of this supplement I've taken two bottles of this it works really well I'll show you guys like my before and after you can kind of see a little bit more leanest that is the picture you're seeing isn't like the most recent but you know that's just you can see the difference is be huge I definitely feel better in the new supplement that I got is actually halo elite now this is supposed to really help with building strength and size I'm excited to finish this bottle we're still I still got a lot to go I just started this probably like a week ago and I definitely noticed like strength gains like big-time think what I'll do it if you guys want me to is make a playlist of each supplement just kind of breaking it down and how it's affected me because everyone's different at the end of the day and you know when it comes to these supplements I don't necessarily want to promote if you're in high school be straight away from those just kind of stick with the proteins in the creatine BCAAs as you get a little bit older I'm 24 then I recommend you have the extra money to try now you know you never know what could come from it that's just the stuff that I've been taking and what I've tried recently and those are all the supplements that I'm taking right now at the end of the day this whole fitness thing really comes down to 80% nutrition 20% going to the gym and just doing it on a consistent basis I have a calendar where I'm marking off every single day and it feels so good I'm like months into this and you know for me at this point it's just like if I can motivate one of you to you know lose weight or finally start working out you know you've been putting it off for a while that's all that matters to me I could care less what anyone else has to say it's just knowing that you know I'm working extremely hard every single day if I can motivate you to do the same   27. Food is the best supplements when I first started my 2 yrs ago I ate like 5-6 meals a day went from 165 to now seating around 240 for PL competing

  37. Creatine is just added energy source, vitamins if you not eating enough stuff in your diet, protein only needed if you not eating enough food again.
