What It's Like To Be Out Of Shape At The Gym



I'm completely and utterly useless why do I even bother trying to do this well that's why and one too okay free weights that's a thing right okay treadmill that's a thing right here you know what you're doing couple more of these and I'm gonna look just like her this looks pretty awesome is this right I'm not right definitely not right now how do you use essentially one of you guys we're gonna be ready to leave nope no again no I'm out bye bye move please get out of my way thank you oh you done the one machine I know how to use it yet she's that nine Hey goodnight oh my god I'm dying her legs are longer than me this isn't fair no more easy one more girl you get a taco cool place check on your mom oh no no no no no don't touch me pretty girls are the best motivation oh I got caught oh so that's what it feels like about 30 pounds hmm I can't live 30 pounds feeling good how long have it oh my god I've only been here for 10 minutes I earned this guy's harness through my blog real good

My brother starting going to the gym a couple of weeks ago, the gym owner used to be a personal trainer, so he asks about your goal, what is your diet, stuff like that, and then give you a diet to eat by, shows you what equipment to use and how to use them, he has been going for 4 weeks, we can already see his muscles

  14. When I used to go to the gym I would just go at weird hours with my dad and brother so like no one was around. Made it so much easier to work out without feeling bothered by other people

  22. How are people struggling to spend time at the gym. I find it hard to get out of the gym before 2 hours even on the busy days. So many things you can do!

  27. I’ve never thought about this. I just go and mind my own business, gym time is my time… my time to be with my own thought. But everyone in the gym I goes too know each other.

    The more you know, the more you grow.

    Personally I suggest StrongLifts 5×5 or Starting Strength, or any progressive overload barbell based program but first comes education

    on my first gym day I was so confused. I spent half of the time wandering around using my phone, acting cool but I was actually searching how to use the machines. First days are always tough🤦🏽‍♀️
