WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT – Quick Healthy Meals!



hey guys what's up it's Molly and welcome back to my channel today's video is going to be a white in a day to lose weight or this could honestly just be a what I eat in a day you guys can take these recipes and make them however you want to fit to your lifestyle they're really easy recipes that you can change certain things about whether you're allergic or don't like something or don't eat something or have a restriction they're very basic recipes that you can easily modify to fit your lifestyle so like if you're not trying to lose weight you could easily just make a bigger portion or add more protein to it or something like that but yes I am trying to lose weight so that's why I'm titling the video that's what I just wanted to make that clear cuz I don't want you guys to think that I'm saying like you need to lose weight or anything of that sort I'm just showing you guys what I eat is that you did some of my favorite videos to watch in today's video I decided to do it voiceover style as opposed to vlog style let me know down below which one you guys like better do you like the long ones where they're kind of more like me talking in them and show you guys what I'm doing throughout the day if you guys are new here make sure to subscribe to my channel so that way you don't miss out on more videos like this for me okay and I'm gonna be talking let's just get into it first meal of the day is breakfast you guys know by now I cannot go without my coffee this is the creamer that I love it's just creamer is my vice okay I can never not have it so that is the first thing that I do every single morning I need to have it to survive and then also lately I've been trying to drink a lot more water so I fill up this big tumbler with some water of course and also some lemon juice because I actually think it tastes better and it's good for you so why not for my actual breakfast for the day I decided to have two eggs so I'm just cracking those over easy on the stove letting them do their thing if you guys know about that everything with the bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's you know it is so good so I always add that eggs because it just gives it a really nice flavor I decided to have half of a banana with this too just because I felt like I needed to get some fruit in so there's half the banana and the eggs and then lately I've been obsessed with this hot sauce I know it's not Frank's shocking it's like the smoked Tabasco I don't like regular Tabasco but this one changed my life so there is breakfast oh my gosh I was filming this I was so hungry I just like couldn't wait to eat also as a treat lately I've been having two cups of coffee because I am in the spookie season mood so I'm having a pumpkin spice latte to go from Starbucks for lunch I guess I was in the mood for a second breakfast so I decided to make some oatmeal in this recipe I never used this brand before but it just said to put it in the microwave so it's like okay cool awesome I put it in the microwave and it exploded everywhere so after that I learned my lesson I made it on the stovetop so that's what I'm doing here and it came out much better so once it was done I added in some pumpkin spice peanut butter yes you heard me correctly I told you guys I'm in the spooky fall mood so I had to do that how to do that to you guys and then I also added in some frozen berries I don't know why the frozen ones to me just tastes so much better and oatmeal plus I could eat frozen fruit as like a snack too because it's just so good yeah I just mix it together then it gets not pretty but that's life and then for dinner oh my gosh this is just like a random thing that I ended up making but it's so good I'm craving it right now like I want to make it again so I made broccoli but then when I poured out the bag I realized that I only had broccoli stems it was actually a really sad also these are the cauliflower and broccoli patties from Trader Joe's for two of them it's only 100 calories like that's insane and they're so filling so I just crumbled those up and make them on the stovetop if I'm doing something like this and then I added in mushrooms because I'm on a mushroom kick lately guys this thing is going so fast I cannot talk fast enough but now this is you know doing a thing with the broccoli and for the rice this is the Trader Joe's three-minute rice you just put it in the microwave it is the simplest thing ever I love it because it just takes so much less time and now I'm adding in that little scramble thing that we made oh my gosh it doesn't even look that good but it was so freaking good now I'm just mixing it together with a fork and I'm adding it and over half these steps guys does that love the saddest thing ever but it was so good it's that's fine and also some hot sauce because I can't resist and yeah that was my dinner oh my god I just got a text I'm sorry I came are you guys so that was everything that I ate today I really hope   10. girl I'm sorry but this is NOT enough calories! ESPECIALLY if you're working out (which I know you do). eggs are about 70 calories each, and half a banana is maybe 50. only having oatmeal for lunch with frozen fruit and no snacks in between…it seems like you're restricting yourself.
