hi all welcome to my channel again today's video is all about what I do when I start a healthy lifestyle recently I was completely out of track lots of parties lots of eat outs so I wanted to get back to a healthy routine and I thought of making it a video and why not sharing my style to my audience on my channel I am NOT a dietitian or a health expert this is what I followed and my body accepted it I have found results from this that's why I would like to share with you all and here since it's day one I'll be reducing the quantity rather than the quality so let's start so the first thing that I do is my morning prayers and then around at 6 a.m. I start my day I have a tall glass of water the first thing in the morning it's very important that you sit down and have your water then after half an hour around that 7 to 7:15 a.m. I have this detox drink that is with lemon the half a lemon juice then a small piece of ginger then half teaspoon of cinnamon powder 1/2 tablespoon of honey and warm water it gives me a good energy for the morning drinking any water specially warm water first thing in the morning can help flesh out your digestive system and rehydrate your body now this glass of lemon juice contains rich source of nutrients like calcium potassium vitamin C pectin fiber and so on so make this a part of your morning routine and enjoy the benefits at 7:45 a.m. I have this movie it's a pre-workout drink it has one banana few strawberries one spoon of peanut butter one spoon of flax seed powder milk and water so this I drink before my workout then at 8:30 a.m. I do my workouts it will be from half an hour to 45 minutes I do mixed kind of workouts every day so that I don't get bored so today I am doing a bit cardio and some ab exercises I even do strength training some days and that's very important for your muscles and bones you can do a lot of research on the internet you can find plenty of articles why strength training is important for you especially if you are 30 plus your muscles and bones starts getting weaker so for this you need strength training in your daily life now at 9:30 I have my break first today it's to playing those cells with coconut chutney on a dosa I add a spoonful of ki ki was once thought to be unhealthy but now research says it's one of the healthiest fats you need in your kitchen it cuts fat it aids in weight loss anything taken in excess is bad for you so even guinea to use the right quantity ghee has amazing benefits you will find once you add it in your diet same way for the coconut that have used in my chutney today it has trillions of benefits improving digestion reducing the risk of heart health supporting immune system supporting the thyroid function it keeps your hair and skin healthy and not the least it promotes in weight loss that's what we all need since this is my first day I'm having a cup of black coffee with low sugar you can have green tea instead then at 11:30 a.m. I have a mid-morning snack that is usually a fruit or some nuts here today I'm having nuts a few almonds around 6 to 7 almonds on fruit day I have an apple or an orange or few pieces of watermelon it's up to you what you prefer to have then I have my lunch with my kids after they come from school that's around 2 p.m. since rice is my staple food my lunch will be one bowl of rice with any wedge curry today I'm having authentic Kerala curry that's my more girly and easy version too they already posted video of this you can click the I card before the other one then a few pieces of chicken breast from the curry prepare for my kids for their gear eyes again for me leaving snack at 4:30 p.m. and having few nuts to almonds I didn't have any fruit at home except for the banana that have already used for my smoothie you can have fruits this time with a cup of green tea now Rina will be always at 7 p.m. again I'm having 1 bowl of rice with the leftover chicken curry used for my lunch so that's it for today's menu for the diet I won't call it a diet because that gives a negative feeling I call it my healthy routine for a healthy lifestyle make sure you're drinking at least eight glasses of water in a day hope you liked and enjoyed this video I shall see you soon again with this routine video updating my progress with more healthy varieties of recipes please keep watching and do subscribe to my channel so until then bye bye
