WHAT I EAT IN A DAY: Healthy Meals + Grocery Haul!



welcome back to my channel in today's video I'm gonna be doing a what I eat in a day and I just want to thank dr market for partnering with me on this video I was so shocked when I looked at their non-gmo that you would normally get at Whole Foods whether you're vegan or vegetarian and it will show you all the foods you don't have to guess or check what are in the actual products so it makes it way easier to find the products that you're looking for I'm gonna do a little mini grocery haul and show you guys what I got and then we'll get started it comes in the box like this and it's so convenient because it comes right to your door and you don't even have to leave your house so I got all this were like 25 to 50% off I'll leave some price comparison so you guys can see how much money I actually save I got that superfood trail mix this is good for oatmeal I got these dried cranberries to put on top of oatmeal and other stuff too this organic hemp Roe fiber powder this is really good for smoothies quinoa you just always need quinoa I feel like this is like a staple this nutritional yeast and I'm gonna show you guys a recipe later on where I use this on my cow chips then I got some tofu it's organic chlorella powder and of course I had to get something beauty related everybody has talked about it said it's so good so I wanted to give this a try market is offering you guys it's really healthy but it's also super quick and I know a lot of people don't like oatmeal because it can be boring but I promise you as long as you put a bunch of toppings on it that are healthy it will taste ten times better I personally like to add banana and blueberries this trail mix is on thrive market and it's so good it has so many good things in it like diced figs Kashi pieces goji berries mulberries if you guys know Rami she's a Victoria's Secret model who also has a vlogging channel she uses pretty much the same trail mix and that's mostly why I got it but it is super good and I'm putting a spoonful of peanut butter because I have an obsession with peanut butter right now and that's my breakfast so sometimes I don't like to just have a boring salad and I still want to get my greens in though so having a smoothie is the easiest way to do this you just blend it all together and you're good for the day so I'm putting kale spinach blueberries chia seeds I'm also adding these two products from thrive market one is chlorella powder which is really green and the other is a hemp ro fiber powder which is basically a plant-based protein and if you aren't looking for a plant-based protein they do have whey protein and all different kinds of protein on thrive market which is awesome I'm also gonna be using my nutribullet to blend this up and they do have this on their website for $30 off the retail price which I thought was crazy I always use my nutribullet for a bunch of different things it's just the perfect thing to have in your kitchen you can make so many smoothies soups and so many different things with it so this is my green smoothie for lunch I'm having this butternut squash and quinoa salad with kale chips on the side if you guys have never tried kale chips I seriously recommend when they come out of the oven they're so crunchy and so good I add a bunch of different seasonings on top and I actually got this one from thrive market so this is nutritional yeast and it tastes amazing I add salt pepper garlic powder and I also add olive oil just to make it taste even better and I put this in the oven for about 25 minutes well that's in the oven I'm gonna put some quinoa on so this takes pretty much the same time I'm just using a cup of that after you can add some red onions if you like that I added some dried cranberries too because I think it just makes it taste even better I actually made this dressing so I'm gonna put the ingredients right here so you guys can see how I made it and this is great this is a perfect fall salad it has so many veggies in it and it's so good for you so I don't know about you guys but I love having breakfast for dinner sometimes I know I'm weird but I'm just gonna add some veggies tofu and garlic together and a bunch of different spices I used these spices and I pretty much as I went Oh phoo I seriously recommend putting spices on there because without it honestly it really doesn't taste that good so I'm gonna add some avocado on the side with some sriracha this is honestly the perfect the easy dinner if you are feeling lazy and you don't feel like cooking so I hope you guys like this
