WHAT I EAT IN A DAY / Healthy Meals / Collab with Lauren Danielle

hi guys welcome back to my channel if this is your first time on my channel I am Jelena I am safe home mom of two kids I have a 8 year old boy and a two and a half year old girl and I really hope that you will find something that you like on my channel and consider subscribing for all of you that you support my channel for quite a while I just want to take some time and tell you thank you thank you for liking watching commenting my videos and just generally being here and supporting me today's video is going to be what I eat in a day video and also this video is in collaboration with my sweet friend here on YouTube her name is Lauren Danielle and she is young mother of one little girl and she is currently pregnant with her second child she is great guys she is very real very upbeat and just overall sweet person and I am sure you guys in a love it if you like my channel I'm sure you're gonna love her channel as well it's very similar she makes a lifestyle videos anything that has to do with her little girl and also some recipes as well I'm going to let her introduce herself and after that we're gonna jump into the video you see that I'm pregnant he's some cheese for like what's up my name is Lauren I am a 21 year old mama I have an amazing fiance who is 22 and together we have a two and a half year old little girl named Blake and I am currently pregnant with our second child and I am 13 weeks so here lately I've been posting lots of pregnancy related videos but my channel is a mainly focus on motherhood and lifestyle I currently have been on YouTube for a couple months I'm still kind of a newbie so trying to like slow to see the flow of things but I would love it if you would check out my channel maybe even consider subscribing if you come from this video definitely comment on videos will let me know you came from here enjoy the rest of this video I'm gonna link her channel in the description box down below and also in the cards up here so you guys can find it easily make sure to go ahead and check out her video and her channel and tell her in the comments you're coming from my channel and say something nice to her okay let's start with the video every morning I like to drink one glass of water with apple cider vinegar and recently I started using a little bit of honey episode of vinegar is great for you especially for your digestive system and of course honey has a lot of benefits as well and adds a little sweetness to it as well usually for my breakfast I eat smoothies but since this was a weekend I decided to make myself a toast the bread that I'm using I showed you in my last of the whole video and I will also use this coconut spread again I showed it in my last Aldi Hall and I really like it it has that creamy butter consistency that also gives you that nice coconut flavor I put one hard-boiled egg on top and I added some veggies to the side I had yellow peppers and cucumbers I also sprinkled some peppers some garlic salt and a little bit of sea salt on top I like to have coffee with my breakfast and for the most part I drink decaf coffee I started using these non-dairy almond vanilla creamers and I absolutely love them this one is my new favorite and this was my breakfast if I want to snack something I usually prepare some fruit in this case I had some blackberries Kiwi blueberries and some apples I also try the best as I can to drink a lot of water and this is the bottle that I always carry with me around the house and everywhere I go since this was a weekend my husband grilled some chicken breast and this was let's say in between a lunch and dinner I also made this rice cauliflower and it was frozen I just put it in a pan and cook it on a medium heat until all the water evaporated so for my meal I had grilled chicken breasts I had french fried potatoes they were oven baked then I had artisan lettuce and spinach tomato and feta salad and I had rice cauliflower with some soy sauce it was so delicious if I want some snack afterwards or something sweet I usually get this rice cake and I spread some apricot jam on top and that usually satisfies my sweet tooth watermelons are finally here and I love them this is what I usually eat in the evening I really hope you guys enjoyed watching this video and hope you got some new ideas on what you can eat in a day if you liked it please give it a thumbs up that will mean a lot to me it will show me this you like this kind of content and I can make it more don't forget to check out Lauren's channel as well subscribe to my channel if you're not already subscribed click on notification Belon and I really hope you will enjoy the rest of your day I will see you soon bye guys
