what i eat in a day | easy + healthy vegan meals

good morning everybody I am so embarrassed to say that it is 12 o'clock that's probably that I slept in today but I know that I really needed it because clearly I was exhausted but today I want to film oh what I eat the dead because I love watching these videos I love making them because I want to show you guys how easy it is to eat a vegan diet if there are so many options and I like to share recipes do you guys and show you what I like to eat so as soon as I get up and have the energy to I'm going to walk downstairs and make some breakfast and I will show you guys what I make so I think for breakfast I'm gonna make oatmeal I was debating oatmeal or yogurt parfaits I've had the yogurt in the past like three days that I kind of might switch it up I think I'll make a big bowl of oatmeal with lots of fruit probably almond butter of course maybe some chocolate chips I don't know if it's gonna be really good and I don't nothing to make a coffee today because obviously I got honestly woke up at twelve so not sure if I really need a cookie and like I don't wanna drink Kathy if I don't need to so probably gonna go out right now see how I feel later but Oh guys here is my breakfast it looks absolutely delicious I love having oatmeal in the morning it's so filling it's so good for you I got nuts in there seeds fruit like just a lot of good things for your body you know what I mean and oatmeal I know you probably make it like a million times there's honestly so many different ways you can make oatmeal you can make chocolate oatmeal apple cinnamon like different fruits on top you could make literally whatever you want any combination you could also make overnight oats you want them cold so they're just so different ways to make them and I love having those for breakfast I think that really feeling and just really good for you so I'm going to enjoy this and then I'll probably go to gym in a little bit I do want to give myself some time not this to digest because it is kind of like a big meal or like a heavier meal so I'm wait a little bit and then go to the gym and I'll show you guys what I eat next hey guys I just got back from the gym about 4:15 right now and honestly I'm still not very hungry because my breakfast was actually really feeling it had a lot of fat in it so like that really just keeps you full for a long time but I just have a pretty intense leg workout so another I need to refuel my muscles my body with some protein so I think I should eat something and then I'll just have a bigger dinner this just kind of shows I think that every day is different because I woke up so late today like my meals are kind of spread out and having kind of a bigger breakfast a bigger like a small like lunch snack in the middle so every day's different such as shows that like you can't base just off one video what my diet is like because this is not normal for me I think I'm gonna do some carrots and hummus because I really like that snack and here is the hummus I'm gonna use just the Trader Joe's roast garlic hummus and then for protein I'm not sure I don't really want to get a box I had a lot of sugar with breakfast maybe I'll just do some walnuts that sounds pretty good to me okay here's my little plate of carrots hummus and walnuts again this is very abnormal for me to have for lunch usually like to have a big lunch with beans and potatoes or pasta rice or something more filling but today was just a little bit weird so I'm just gonna eat this so I can have an appetite for dinner still because it is so late okay it's about 6:20 now and I'm starting to get hungry as I suspected I'm getting hungry kind of earlier because that last meal was really small and not super filling I'm going to make a veggie pasta with like a cream sauce I've never made it before but I'm gonna give it a shot because I'm creeping pasta and I want to get some greens in today because I haven't gotten any yet so it's gonna be a good dinner for that I've got that feeling someone's watching me right before I hard to step in this body language I see you speak or there's no what stance is that babe do you just want my money do you buy your own drinks wanna get and Sonny deep come on come on come on do you want me I feel like the proudest chef right now because this looks honestly amazing it reminds me of when I was younger and I would eat was fettuccine alfredo now it my favorite thing in the whole entire world and this is giving me those BOTS with vegetables and like a healthier sauce alternative so let's just give it all up his test that's really good in case like kind of like alfredo sort of but bother just look really good I love the vegetables I put it in there I put broccoli mushrooms and spinach so I got my greens in there lots of healthy fats from the olive oil I used and the cashews in the sauce as well as carbs from the pasta to make it more protein rich you could add um like some sort of mock meat or something like that there are like there's protein broccoli and spinach or mushrooms if you want to make it more protein happy you could do something like that or you can make it with protein pasta that would also be really good but I'm gonna eat this up because it's honestly amazing and I might come back for more because I have a lot more left in the pan that's made a lot more than I was expecting but I'm just gonna eat this and then I'll see you guys in a bit hey guys actually the next morning right now I just wanted to finish off this video I did end up eating anything else last night the pasta ended up being really feeling actually sweating go for seconds I didn't have anything after that either but it was pretty much everything that I ate yesterday and I hope that you guys enjoy this video again this is just one day out of the whole year every day is different for me I eat dirt boots every day but I'm not stupid every day so it really all depends on like when I wake up I'm working out if I'm
