This is a very traditional Chinese Remedy for all sorts of sexual ailments. They say that at bursts it boosts your sperm count and Overall increases your sexual energy. I've read the Multi-Orgasmic Man by Mantak Chia and saw a lot of useful energy exercises but stopped using them. But i see how beneficial they can be and I ll start doing the ones that you mentioned.
    I've been doing upa yoga practices by Sadhguru and Celestial Qigong and other ancient Qigong meditations where we get the heavenly energy from above and we bring it throughout the whole body and then we imagine that the energy is going down into the center of the Earth and it starts to boil and then mist is raising from this lake below us where we send the energy and again this primordial energy is raining down our head and we continue to move it from the head down to the center of the Earth through the whole body and we use the power of mother Hulda with the huul breath. I find this and the celestial qigong practices to make me feel this huge waves of energy through my body and it does ground me so well and it makes me feel so peaceful. There's no need to say about the health benefits and that this energy is helping me release any emotional traumas and trapped emotions from the past. Its like I get magnetize and get so connected to the earth. Every practice has its own benefits but I started liking qigong more than meditation and yoga. I am in love with it ๐Ÿ˜€

  8. Jonathan can you make a video on the fastest way to recuperate sexual energy after ejaculating? Been practicing Taoist methods and breathing techniques during intercourse and it works tremendously but every 4-5 weeks or so I go past the point of no return. The recovery period seems fast as I may only ejaculate once every 4-5 weeks but what might your tips be on restoring your vital energy as fast as possible post ejaculation?
