The new Nutrition Facts label goes big on calories


You owned that runway. Of course! All eyes were on calories—now in a larger
and bolder font. What’s that mean for the average shopper? Shoppers should know that the calories on
the label are usually for one serving. One serving of me is 130 calories. If they have two servings, it’s twice the
