  2. This guy is a total bullshit artist. He claims you can lose 1 pound of belly fat a day. Horseshit. It takes 3500 calories to lose one pound. This guy is a media star self promoting bullshit artist. If you’re interested in intermittent fasting do some research because it can be good but pay no attention to this clown.

  3. What a crock of shit!! First off, this isn't Intermittent Fasting in any way. If anybody loses weight on this diet, it's simply because of calorie restriction. Don't waste your money people. All these "Malibu" people this douche keeps talking about have money to burn.

  4. I absolutely hate that he jumps on every bandwagon of what everybody else is talking about. Coconut cream in your coffee is going to break your fast. Butter in your coffee is going to break your fast. Anything with calories is going to break your fast. I hate that he will say anything to sell a book.
