The only issue I found is that you are changing poses too fast. I'm a beginner and to me this video is not relaxing because I need time to get into the pose and I don't have much time left to stay in the pose because I need to jump straight into a new pose (which is demanding as well!). Please could you make a relaxing video that helps to clear the mind for beginners?
