  12. I'm autistic and im used to having sensory overloads but I had a really bad one and all my tricks didn't work. Eating something, drinking something, going outside, removing myself from stimulation, nothing worked. I decided to try this and my sensory overload is almost completely gone!

  32. I really like your videos. The only issue I found is that you are changing poses too fast. I'm a beginner and to me this video is not relaxing because I need time to get into the pose and I don't have much time left to stay in the pose because I need to jump straight into a new pose (which is demanding as well!). Please could you make a relaxing video that helps to clear the mind for beginners?

  35. Wonderful… suggestion though- its Sabasana not Shivasana at the end. Sab means deadbody and its being unconcious like deadbody for relaxation , Shiva on the other hand is name of a powerful Hindu god. Thank u

  82. Healing from an ATM disfunction, my bones in the face have gone backwards and I am not going to the gym from two months, since this condition is so painful and I can't lift weights for now. I've never practiced yoga, only Pilates. I've found this practice and I've tried it. It's just perfect to recover and to feel the energy flow again and to free my body from the pain. Thank you!
