hey guys coming to you from the beautiful South Florida and in this video I took a break from my afternoon walk I'm just walking along a path here across this waterway and walking is the key to health and well-being and and that's what this video is kind of centered around your health and your well-being it all starts with pushing yourself and you have to make concentrated effort to push yourself off your couch off your seat off your bed and get outside and go for a walk part of me moving to Florida was because I wanted to have warm weather all year round to walk with a cutoff shirt on and to feel the Sun which I feel now it's beautiful but even in New Jersey you know I walked around and I bundled up but going for a walk getting outside getting sunlight sunlight fresh air is key to your health and then you know a big part of it is nutrition you're never going to get around at 80% of your weight and your health is based on nutrition nutrition is what foods you put in your body because the food you put in your body feeds the cells in your body and it basically makes your up your body you pretty much are you are what you eat you are what you eat and but at least when you get outside and you walk you kickstart a mindset you kick-start and encouragement you play your music you go for a walk that you know you want to live a healthier life and you idle time when you sit in your house you sit on your couch you just sit around you're bored so you reach for a snack a salty sugary processed snack and it all just feeds off itself and that's how you come to live of every sedentary life to live an active life you know means that you make a conscious effort to get outside you make a conscious effort you know to to eat well and to you know to care about your well-being and to put yourself in a better environment not just physically not just being in a better environment with these palm trees and they are beautiful but also a better environment within yourself and making self care which is exercise and nutrition and getting fresh air making that a daily habit embedded in your routine is key to any life well-lived

    Shells really drew me to the beaches here in Florida….theyโ€™re magical real life homes ! They feel like porcelain, fragile …yet sturdy, no two species exactly alike. And the shapes are magnificent. (To me)
