  8. You are correct. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well.

    btw!but ye I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard.

  12. Where do you see any cardio workout in this? do you see any girl catching their breath? Volleyball is all about a combination of speed, strenght and balance. Strenght without speed or speed without strenght doesnt make you jump higher or move fast, you need the 2. As for balance it is required for precision when hitting the ball. Don't work your core muscle and balance muscle and you wont be able to have good coordination between your leg and arm…

  14. are these all cardio? Cuz it seems like all they need to do is jog while punching the air to get the same effect.

  21. Awesome! This helps alot because I have my first VB player ever… I took her through most of her progressions, this is excellent for the next phase!

  22. Thank you, team is from Czech Republic and we are preparing some other new exercises (gym, staïrs, core training, agility etc.).
