THE BAD NEWS IS THERE'S BEEN A 900% INCREASE IN KIDS USE OF E-CIGARETTES IN THE LAST 5 YEAR STEPHANIE: SO IN AN EFFORT TO STOP THE HABIT FROM EVEN FORMI THE FDA IS NOW MAKING IT ILLEGAL , FOR KIDS TO BUY ANY TOBACCO PRODUCT AND PUNISHING RETAILE WHO DO SELL THEM TO THOSE UNDERAGE. >> THERE ARE WHAT WE CALL 'CIVI MONEY PENALTIES.
