LEG & GLUTE WORKOUT | FIRST VIDEO |



hey guys welcome to my youtube channel I know I was supposed to upload a video months ago but that day has finally arrived so today I'm gonna be trimming my legs okay so let's get right in home video so the first exercise I'm going to be doing is step ups and I'm going to be doing them by the selected machine I have five pages on each side and I'm gonna do 3 sets and 10 reps on each so step ups are really great because they told it your glutes your quads and your hamstrings so I recommend this exercise if you try to strengthen it so I'm gonna be super sitting there with deadlift and my super sitting I mean that I'll be doing two exercises back to back without taking a break in between and over here I am doing my deadlift I have two dumbbells which are both 8 kgs so as you go down just try to keep your back as straight as possible after the over here that my back is not already straight but that is something that I'll be working on and I'm doing 3 sick rapes just like them step ups now for the second superset I'm going to be doing squats and have a barbell so this is a 5 kg barbell I think all the sides say that it's 5 kg so if it's 5 kg of each side of the entire thing is and 5 kgs but anyway I'm also doing 3 sets and 10 reps I'm trying to go as low as I possibly can and now for the second exercise over here I am doing the lunges and I have two dumbbells I think those are 6 kgs and yeah I was basically super sitting him with the squats also remember that it is very important to stay hydrated at the gym so in between your braids just try to drink as much water as possible so you don't get dehydrated and now for the last superset I'm going to be doing leg presses so I have 20 kgs on each side oh and when you're doing leg presses when you are pushing up the weights try not to bend your knees inwards because if you do that you might just injure them and you're not trying to injure your knees and for the last one I'm doing golf presses and yeah so obviously doing three sets and ten reps these are quite simple so I don't think I need to explain anything and that's it for today's work thank you so much for watching my video if you haven't subscribed please do and I'll see you in the next

  3. I don't know if am too tall or my gym's Smith machine is short but I couldn't stand all the way up when doing the step up, but I pushed through anyway πŸ˜….
