LADIES (STOP DOING THIS) IN THE GYM…YES YOU!πŸ™…πŸ½β€β™€οΈ



Oh in the DIMM putting in the work working on our baby monitor we don't need none of them things yeah or just go to the gym by yourself and putting that work order so I've been a personal trainer for five years and I've seen the same thing over and over over and over so in this video I'm going to be talking about five things five things girls need to stop doing when they go to the gym but this is doing squats oh my days I know a lot of you ladies and it's not even your full I know a lot of women out there they go to the gym and for about 45 minutes they gave Bob and they just do squats nothing but squats they have in their head because of social media that all you need to do is do squats if you want to get gluts if you want to get a fat booty you just do squat that's not the case ladies I don't want you to go to the gym and just focus on squats I've made a video on this if you want to grow your glutes you need to be doing isolation work you need to isolate your glutes you need to do donkey kicks you need to do kick bridges all of these things will help grow your glutes not just squats not just squats but that's gonna be in a program that's coming live so you know just to let you know just to let you know if I stop doing squats only squats stop it number two number two is going to be stop going to the gym with your friends stop going to the gym with your friends I used to go to the gym with about two three guys and we were not on the same level we didn't have the same goals I was serious about transforming my body and they just wanted to go to the gym just for a pump just to flex just to have on their Instagram I'm in the gym put him in the work you don't want to be going to the gym with friends like that you want to be going to the gym with friends that have the same goals is you they have the same mindset the same dry motivation those are the friends you want to be going to the gym with because I am Telling You within 4 to 6 weeks if you go with someone that's going to push you and you're both gonna bounce off with each other you will see a crazy transformation ladies so please whoever you're going to the gym with make sure they are on the same level as you melodies are in the gym putting in the work working around baby none of that we don't need none of them things yeah or just go to the gym by yourself and putting that work order number three is going to be stop doing cardio stop doing cardio now by that I don't mean stop doing cardio together let me explain let me explain so when I say stop doing cardio I mean every time you go to the gym I don't want you to just go to the gym and jump on the treadmill for 45 minutes running and running and then that's it but your goal is to build muscle your goal is to tone up but every time you go to the gym you jump on a treadmill and you're never fully five minutes and you're right can you see where I'm going with this if you are doing steady-state cardio you are not only going to lose weight yep you're gonna lose weight you're gonna burn fat but you're also going to burn muscle you don't want to get rid of your muscle if you want to tone up if you want to keep your curves you don't want to do that ladies so please make sure you know what you're doing when you go to the gym again I'm a online coach if you are struggling with anything I can help you with a workout program I can port workout program together for you but don't go to the gym thinking all I need to do everyday is jump on a treadmill and run and run and run no no no no no it's moving to number four number four is going to be use weights I can tell by the messages the emails on Instagram snapchat that a lot of my subscribers don't go to the weight room they don't lift weights because they feel intimidated they have no idea what they're doing in the gym and they don't want to look stupid but I am here to tell you ladies get yourself in the weight room I don't want you to if anyone is looking at you who gives up make them look you're putting in the work you are working to transform your body you have goals you have ambition so don't make some guy in the corner staring at you that has no idea what he's doing in the gym stop you from making some moves stop people putting in that work so I want you ladies go to the gym don't walk into the gym if you like you can only be in the cardio section because you can see everyone else there no I want you to get yourself in that weight room and I want you to put in that work hope you're listening to me because I'm talking to you putting that word and as I said before if you have no idea what you're doing in the gym that's why I am here I am here to help you to let you know what you should be doing so contact me but get yourself in a way to get yourself in a way now the last one the last one is gonna be a bit different but I want you to stop caring what you look like it doesn't matter what you look like now I know majority of you guys are probably I'll probably say about 70% of women that are watching this you don't care what you look like when you go to the gym you go to the gym because you want to put in that work you're sweating all of that stuff sweat is everywhere you look tired because you put in that work but for the rest of the 30% I've seen girls in the gym in I've had people come up to me and they wanted me to become their personal trainer and while we're doing a system they have makeup on I'm saying why are you not sweating because I don't like to very much ladies the gym is not a social event the gym is somewhere where you want to go to better yourself physically and mentally so it doesn't matter what you look like if you've been sweating for 45 minutes if you've got sweat on your armpits and all it don't matter cuz the gym is for hard work it's not for meeting new people don't get me wrong you can meet new people I've met a few people in the gym but that's because we could both see that we were putting in the work so we had that neutral sort of you know some ladies don't worry about what you look like what you are wearing go to the gym and kill it kill it and that is the video all done I hope you enjoyed this If i offended you in anyway in this video then i am sorry but i am talking about things i've seen as a PERSONAL TRAINER for the past 6 Years not as a man walking around starring at women.   4. Some women have a life outside of the gym area.. They have work right before they come to the gym, so yes some of them will have makeup on. It’s normal. Don’t judge people, when you don’t know their life outside of the gym.

  14. Stop wearing makeup to the gym…it is clogging your pores and you are not releasing the toxins that should be coming out. Your sweat is doing all that hard work to cleanse your system. If you look good in the gym you will still look jacked when you get home.

BRING IT BK DOWN TO 1% AND SPEED IT UP TO ABOUT 8.O SPEED FOR 3MINS.. AND KEEP ALTERNATING THAT UNTIL TOME IS UP.. I GO ON STEPPER AND MAKE MY OWN MOVES UP. LOL STEP FROM THE SIDE..EACH SIDE.. DO A KICK BACK STEP UP.. STEP UP 2 STEPS AT A TIME.. ABOUT JUST STEPPING UP AND HOLDING ON FOR DEAR LIFE.. NO NO NO.. HIP THRUST WITH DUMBELLS.. BULGARIAN LEG SQUATS.. DEADLIFTS SQUATS..LEG PRESS.. FRONT ROW..THE CABLE FOR GLUTES..ARMS AND BACK N SHOULDERS.. USING RESISTANT BANDS AND ROPE FOR GLUTES AND ARMS ETC.. ALL OF THAT.. I PROBS DONT EVEN SQUAT MUCH IN THE GYM.. I DO THEM AT HOME WITH MY OWN DUMBELLS WHEN I DO MY AB WORKOUT AT NIGHT.. BEFORE BED SESH.. BUT ALTERNATING THOSE MUSCLE GROUPS IS VERY IMPORTANT…OTHERWISE UR JUST TEARING MUSCLE.. BOOM.
