Jungkook’s Personal Workout


  1. I’m going to put this out there…2 days before I did this workout, I did a tough upper body workout with weights and my arms were so sore during this workout. So my form on my push-ups are not as good as I normally do! 🤦‍♀️ 😂 Anyway, you guys are awesome for trying this workout! Try out our BTS fitness routines and our BTS 1,000 calorie workout 💜
