Healthy Meal Prep | Simple and Easy Recipes For The Week



today is all about the prep of meals meal prep is great because it keeps you on track if you're just on the fly on the go you could take a meal you'll warm it up and you go boom meal prepping food is going to hold you accountable to your fitness goals there's no excuses you sit down once a week you take 20 minutes and you make two meals lunch and dinner and if you're if you're really feeling it you can make breakfast as well I have an entire video on meals you can prep for breakfast so there's zero excuses up in here this week I'm showing you two meals the I prepped lunch and dinner for lunch I'm going to be having turkey enchiladas and for dinner I'm going to be having a chicken taco Bowl what's good quick easy limited ingredients that's why I like it makes it simple it makes it easy and then I'm not spending my whole day prepping food I hope you guys enjoyed this video if you do please be sure to give this video a thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe so you've never missed a fit tip with wit again without further ado let's get into the video okay guys you know how I like it nice and easy so this is all gonna need some tortillas I use a low carb one tomato sauce meat of your choice I used ground turkey breasts you can use chicken you can do no meat at all you're going to want some onions zucchini smidgen of cheese enchilada sauce and just another smidgen of garlic I will leave all of the exact measurements in the description box for both recipes below so we're going to start out by cooking out your meat completely draining it adding in all of the veggies mix that all in add in one cup of the tomato sauce and 1 cup of the enchilada sauce and I like to let that cook for about 5 minutes now is the fun part we get to make some enchiladas so we're going to start by taking a tortilla adding the mixture to the tortilla and then rolling it up nice and tight moving it over to a cooking sheet pan a pan that's a pan not a sheet you're going to repeat this for all of your enchiladas now I ended up making seven I think the last enchilada had a little bit extra stuffing but that's fine so repeat repeat add the food roll up the tortilla move it over to the sheet and then we are going to spray the tortillas with just a little bit of olive oil we're going to toss that in the oven for 20 minutes and then boom add a little bit of enchilada sauce on top put 2 ounces of cheese on top make it nice and pretty now you can meal prep these and put them in separate containers you put on one container you can put it on rice you can put it with veggies meal prep is all about you and customizing it to you so I went with rice that's all I did but you do you girl you know what I mean easy peasy lemon squeezy this may be the easiest recipe I've ever provided we're doing a crockpot meal making taco bowls you're going to need one can of diced green chilies 1 can of fire roasted diced tomatoes a little bit of taco seasoning I went with a little bit less sodium there meat of your choice with chicken tonight and then also white onions super-easy you know how I feel about that crock-pot meal you know what I mean add it all in there oh by the way a sub you told me about having crock-pot liners Thank You girl thank you you save me because clean up clean up with the crock-pot liner hot fire add it all in here we're going to cook it on high for five hours or low for seven after it's cooked all the way through it's up to you what you want to do like I said meal prepping is customized for you whether you want veggies on the side you want to put it on rice on a tortilla etc you do you girl don't let anyone tell you to do otherwise I hope you guys enjoyed this video super easy to quick meal prep recipes if you did don't forget to give this video thumbs up I love you so much I will see you next time meal prep away reach your goals I love you so much okay but I still love you so much bye
