you find yourself in this position well when I was about 15 I started working on my uncle and he was a world champion bunny Buddha oh really yeah and I decided I wanted to do it to try and press some thing for weight training so I decided to go in some of my friends who weren't the best placements he helped have them start training and see what and have them look their feelings due for a diary each day and I've got some really positive results and every time they were in the gym a very good session they a good session they felt great even if they had a bad session as long as they went out and did it they still felt good about themselves right and especially when they hit like a PR in the gym they felt absolutely stacked let me just and they went from being in terrible placements it's one of the happiest people I even know yeah and I feel like it's just I feel like it's um it's not resource not I feel like isom what's the word it's a downstream version of treatment for depression I what actually tastes better which is some reason some people don't like smoothies so also some people just like to throw the whole banana in there without the peel but but I personally think it tastes a lot better such a chance you get when you break up yourself yeah peel doesn't matter if it's a big small banana just make sure you get at least make sure you just get a decent amount in there if you
