as a minority business owner my experience is working with the hospital have been positive overall and considering the organization's upstanding reputation that makes sense they go above and beyond to help their patients so it's only fitting that that would translate to their business relationships I've always had great interactions but like any other organization there's always room for improvement a business of that size has so many moving parts so communication isn't always the best sometimes it's difficult to reach an end user to determine exactly what the needs and requirements are it'd be so helpful if maybe once or twice a year the hospital hosted an informational workshop d telling how to do business with them gather all the department heads or their proxies in one place and give me the ins and outs what to expect who to contact etc that way I know the process and can meet the hospital's needs while growing my business at the same time
