Half Roll Back Exercise | SPRI Sponge Ball


Hi I’m Chris Freytag SPRI Master Instructor Here at the SPRI Performance Center This Half Roll Back exercise using the SPRI Sponge Ball is a great way to get started on your core
conditioning to begin this exercise, start seated with
your knees bent and feet on the mat arms are rounded in front of the chest and
ball positioned just behind your lower back contract your abdominal and round your low back
into the ball as far as you comfortably can Continue to engage your abs and roll back
up to your start position This exercise will stabilize your low back and
fire up your abs as you begin your core conditioning Remember… Knees bent, feet on the mat, and ball just
behind the lower back Contract your abs and round your back into
the ball Roll back up to start position This exercise is a great way to build your
foundation and continue to improve your core conditioning
