Foods and Supplements To Help Heal From a Bone Fracture or Injury

  9. I’m so excited to find these videos. I googled exercises with hurt foot. I sprained my ankle two weeks ago and this has been the longest I’ve gone without exercising in 4 years! I’m going crazy because I couldn’t even do core work because in the same fall I hurt my ribs. But that is feeling better and I’m ready to do something!
