I uploaded the exercise video last time Many people watched the video than I expected And they commented that the video was helpful So I’ve prepared the second exercise video! This video is about making healthy and pretty legs that many people asked for I’m going to tell you how to exercise with a single mat, so you can do it at home Not only weight exercise also stretching is important I’ll show you how to make beautiful legs on the mat Thigh stretching, a stretch of the legs before exercise Hold the back of one leg thigh with both hands and bend the knee toward the chest Straighten your knees to make your legs straight Just feel like you’re pushing the ceiling with your heel 20 times each leg in 1 set Bend your knees when you inhale and straighten when you exhale Swtich to other leg Calf stretching With your knees open, bend the ankle and then stretch it out, and repeat it Try not to move your knees when you move the ankles 20 times each leg in 1 set Push your heel toward the ceiling when you breath out And stretch sole when you inhale Swtich to other leg Ankle stretching With your knees open, draw a circle around the ankles in one direction Try to make a perfect circle Rotate it as smooth as possible Don’t let your knees turn inward when moving your ankle 20 times per direction. Don’t let your knees turn inward when moving your ankle in the opposite driection Swtich to other leg in the opposite direction One leg circle When you exhale, lower your legs first and then draw a circle outward Draw a circle on the other leg as well Don’t move too much from the beginning Try to move until your waist or pelvis won’t move Don’t let the other side of hip fall off the floor 20 times per direction lower the leg when you inhale and rasie the leg drawing a circle when you exhale draw a cirlce in the opposite direction Swtich to other leg draw a cirlce in the opposite direction Side lying leg kick Lie on your side and hold your head with one hand (You can use a pillow at home) Lift one leg to the pelvic level and extend your foot forward to the navel when you exhale Stretch your legs backwards when you inhale Keep your pelvis and waist immobilized while you’re in motion Turn the knee slightly to the outside to prevent it from turning inside 20 times per direction Avoid movement of pelvis and waist Switch to other leg Inner thigh lift First, bend one leg towards the navel Hold the ankle with one hand and hold it still Lift the other leg when you exhale and lower it when you inhale Rasie the leg vertically and keep it not shaken Slowly, ten times each Raise the leg when you exhale, and lower it when you inhale Switch to other leg Inner thigh circle Lift one leg and draw a circle just like the previous gesture When you turn your legs, focus so that your waist and pelvis don’t move 10 times each focus so that your waist and pelvis don’t move in the opposite direction Switch to other leg in the opposite direction Leg curl for the back of the thights Lie down on the mat with your hands in front of the forehead It’s a knee flexion putting your legs together and bend them When bending your knees, press your tailbone to the floor and move your legs so that your waist does not move Please lower your legs slowly, and move like you’re stretching your thighs 20 times in 1 set Bend the knees when you inhale, and stretch them when you exhale Alternate leg curl for the back of the thighs It’s an exercise that moves your legs one by one When bending one leg, stretch the other leg Move it at the same time 20 times each move your legs at the same time I always drink water after exercising, but also drink milk Drinking milk after exercising helps my muscles grow So I drink it after exercising in particular It also helps rest up so I carry the bottle to drink like this It’s been a while since I brought a workout video Last time I did hip-up exercises This time I explained how to make pretty legs that many people asked me to do With only a mat you can do this exercise easily at home It seems to be easy, but they are quite difficult to do I recommend to work out hard with this exercise A lot of people are worried that weight exercise makes the legs thick and muscular But with the stretching you can make long and pretty legs Don’t forget to drink milk before and after exercising Even thoough it’s good to exercise on an empty stomach but if you haven’t eaten, a glass of milk will ease your hunger and help you exercise It’s good to drink milk before and after exercising You know that the most important thing is to keep doing no matter what exercises you do, right?
