  4. First off, you called this ramen when it isn't ramen, second off, instant ramen wasn't made to be healthy, it was made to contain as many carbs as you could possibly fit in it. Instant noodles were created after the great war and the US brought over a surplus of flour to Japan, expecting them to make bread, a man instead used it to make instant noodles by flash frying the raw dough noodles so they would dry hard. Then, he boiled it in water, and it was surprisingly good. Just like ramen. He then started selling this to the people of Japan, so they could enjoy noodles without the high cost.

  6. Ramen noodles contain a food additive called Tertiary-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ). That is what's bad for you. Unless you've figured out how to filter out that additive, it's still bad for you (no matter how you dress it up).
