what is going on with me hmm what is this I love those little little broken pieces ha ha we're making a stew and this is what I got actually when's the store this is some of the items that I got but we're gonna mix – mmm here's the time my food items chicken mushrooms chicken broth is what you're going to need for this recipe I just got us a choice beef cut liver and onion bell pepper all yeah chips got apple mango items we're going to be using for the stew and we're also going to use bacon need tomato sauce Bragg's Liquid aminos I accidentally melted this it's and red wine vinegar right now I heated up a pan with some oil in it we are going to sear not cook sear that means just getting the outside edges cooked a little with salt and pepper before it goes in there crock-pot now I'm crisping some bacon we're going to cook this until it's a little bit crispy and then throw it in there with that now when you're getting the bacon out you want to kind of tilt your hand or put it on a paper towel but I ran out of paper towels so I have to do it this way but you want the oil to go to one side and then you're gonna scoop out the bacon and put it in there do two cups of broth chicken broth and I just got the organic free-range chicken broth low-sodium one can of tomato sauce this is eight ounces small can of tomato sauce 1/4 cup of the Bragg's Liquid aminos and 1/3 cup of the red wine vinegar now you're going to cut up some white onion you can leave them whole or cut them in half I'm going to cut them in four slices now you're going to cut up carrots and you're going to throw them in there with the white onion and Zac just digging into already um chips and salsa nothing too good younger and look just watching as always a purple potato I didn't anything else oh I don't know the inside was purple Wow okay so I'm cutting up all the potatoes in the four and you'll throw potatoes in there whoa that's what you love oh so I just made sock with them it was the leftover oil or fat from the bacon in a pan so I cooked the some extra steak and bacon then jasmine rice and broccoli with some salt and pepper and onion powder and I know I put white onion in there too what are you well so what stop filming me are you supposed to eat it with chips and salsa yeah you want to do whatever you want to your meal all right so everything's in there I stirred it up so I'm putting these our garlic cloves that I just got at Safeway they're like in packages so I'm going to throw all this whole thing in there and we're gonna do some mushrooms too the garlic cloves mushrooms and then we're going to add some parsley I did the parsley so now we're going to stir it up and then we're going to let this cook for about 8 to 10 hours so essentially you're just going to leave it overnight so tomorrow it'll be good to go from you you cut up some chicken into cubes and I threw it into the pan with about a teaspoon of almond oil I'm going to do some pepper so we smoked paprika or just paparika and in Thailand Oh i saute these veggies with some salt and garlic veggies are done now we're going to throw them in one of our containers there are doing broccoli or broccolini white onion salt and pepper all right cooking scallops bubbling in lemon garlic and salt you

  5. Hey Jen, What do you think about apps like MyFitnessPal? I've been using it to try and keep track of my diet and exercise in an effort to get lean, and I haven't seen any real process. In fact, I've gained a pound. However I have only been doing this for about a week and a half. Any advice? In fact it might be a good topic for a videoΒ  (best and worst internet tools and how to use them). Just saying!Β  Love your style though.

  12. I just started following your channel and really love your videos . Jen I just wanted to bring to your attention that it looks as though you are using canned tomato sauce from cans that are lined with BPA. BPA as you may know is an endocrine disrupter and can have some serious effects on your health. Muir Glen, Field Day, some Kroger Simple Truth Organics use cans that are BPA free. You are very young so I just wanted to point that out. You ave a long wonderful life ahead of you and there are so many stresses in our life that I just wanted to make you aware if you were not already.

  18. why i eat more protein in one meal like 300 g of chicken breast and its only 60 g of protien in it while i have to eat 150 g of protien . and i eat every day 8 egg white and im not even close to 100 g of protein its really hard to finish my macros … eating alote is not good for me i get bored of eating too much protein what shoud i do !!!😒😒

  23. you follow a paleo diet style for the most part right? I kind of started doing that too and I'm seeing my body take well to it. I have my random donut or bread and stuff but it's part of my 20% because I noticed it makes my body store more water and fat. At least thats what I think.. not sure but thanks fir meal ideas.. keeping healthy food interesting is always important.

  36. You cut all of your vegetables WAY too small…they turn to mush in a crock pit over 6 hours and absorb SO much oil in a frying pan!! Yuck. Cut them in at least 1 inch pieces, you are ruining any nutritional value in them! You obviously never learned a thing about cooking…much less gourmet cooking __ you can meal prep lie a gourmet!

  39. Jen! ❀ Please help…!! My bodytype is like yours, mesomorph. I workout alot, lifting heavy and some Hiit workouts. I have a problem with losing my lovehandles tho… I like to count my macros everyday, but I am not sure about how much I actually should eat. Your calculator says I should eat around 2000 calories to maintain, but some other calculators, like Harris benedict formula, says I should eat somewhere around 2300 to maintain. which one is it really?? I eat clean food. And also…whenever I try to cut my calories, and eat around 1800-1900 calories, I feel bloated, like my body starts to store water. Does that mean I actually should increase my calories or should I stay there and just wait for it to disappear? pls help :/❀
