    This guy has no physiology classes under his belt. I can't even get started here. None of what he said was right. How does he get on here? He is full of shit and has no credentials or license so can just say anything.

  7. I'm so confused. Every celebrity nutritionist/trainer, "doctor", or weight loss professional has said prior to NOT use butter but rather olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, etc. I'm 100 lbs overweight, so I'm not sure what to believe, or who to take nutritional, weight loss advice from. Ironically, I bought Jorge's book 3 days ago because I saw it advertised on Amazon. Aside from using butter, I think I will still try the diet and see what happens. Anybody have any advice or help? I welcome it.
