What I don't understand for the second time saying something is why does terron give us all this content on "get stronger this and that get big chest with this" all this get strong now material, but yet terron himself basically stays the same, meaning staying the same weight benching the same amount deadlifts still the same. I mean the proof is in the pudding and hopefully you don't sell any "programs" . What I'm saying is each new video is never a huge PR or a breakthrough or actually hitting 405 for more then 4 reps it's always the same, all around.
