Brain Detox – Link to disease prevention? – Saturday Strategy

Did you know that mental fog you could
be feeling? That lack of energy? Maybe the mood swings that you're having
irrationally could all be indicative of toxins that are secretly stored in your
brain and you didn't even know it? On this Saturday strategy, I'm gonna
show you how to get rid of those toxins that are in your brain, increase that mental clarity, start to
feel better, start to be happier, right? 'Cause you wanna feel happy and that's what
it's all about. Because your brain is the master and
commander of every single system in your entire body, it's so intricate, such a
miracle of a machine, it's also very complicated, right? So simple shifts can throw
you out of alignment right away. And if you're not fully supporting yourself in
this process, even dehydration which is really common, like 70 percent of people
are dehydrated, it can send you into a state of "What the heck is going on up in
here?" You see, your brain is home base of everything your body does. It is the
message center for all the cells in your body. It is interconnected webbing of neural
pathways for every habit, every function. Every sense that you have is the storage
space for every detail of your day-to-day life. So did you know your
brain uses twenty percent of the blood and oxygen in your entire body? Think about
it, it's constantly creating neural pathways its making memories. A lot of people say, "your
brain doesn't change after you hit a certain age", well, it definitely does. Now
especially in this modern day and age, we live in a society that is not gentle on
the brain at all. In fact, there are many factors of society that are terrifyingly
dangerous for your brain. It's not a coincidence that so many people are
walking around like zombies. The worst part about this is that many
of the dangers out there go completely unnoticed by most everyone, mostly
because people don't know that they even exist . These are some of the top
offenders that surround and impound you and your brain on a daily basis: Fluoride: Now this was initially added to
water to help decrease tooth decay, but it's been proven that it has severe effects
on your brain, in particular, your pineal gland. This particular toxin
has been linked to actually having a lowered IQ, right? Heavy metals – these are
absolutely everywhere. They're found in vaccines, they're found in dental supplies,
agricultural products, industrial, pollution, fish, chicken and the list goes
on. Artificial sweeteners. Now these are
nasty little deceivers only because they are viewed as a healthy alternative to
sugar. They are found in sodas, yogurt, chewing gum, cooking sauces, flavored waters, cereals and most sugar-free foods. They have been connected to symptoms such as
anxiety, depression, slurred speech, migraines, signs of brain degeneration.
Monosodium glutamate. Now this is MSG. this one is that nasty little bugger.
These are typically used to enhance flavor though over time they can cause
severe brain damage. They have been connected to Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and
other common brain degenerative diseases. Genetically modified organisms or GMOs.
OMG, GMOs. These are very prominent toxins that have proven time and time again to
be cancer-causing and highly toxic. So why did I wanna create this Pineal Gland
Detox Strategy for you? Because I believe the pineal gland , or the crown chakra, or the third eye,
whatever you wanna call it, is the connection point for higher thoughts,
right? And part of my role here is to help humanity raise their consciousness levels
and really tap into what it feels like to live a really joyous experience and that's
what we create at Fitlife. Alright, so Boron. This is a supplement that can help
remove fluoride from your body. Studies have found it to be important
for overall brain function and cognitive performance. It can naturally be found in
beets and in plums,. Apple cider vinegar. You all know I love apple cider vinegar. If
you haven't seen the fifty years of apple cider vinegar, check that video out as
well after this. It's a natural detoxifier. It actually targets the pineal gland due to
its malic acid content, and research has actually found that the vinegar may play
an important role in promoting good brain function. Garlic. This is a natural
antibiotics that helps dissolve calcium, making it efficient for dealing with a good
brain detox. Superfoods and Adaptogens. You know I love those. One of my favorite
superfood mixes is Organifi. It's something I personally use every single
day. I also sleep well, I exercise all the time and I make sure my environment is
clean, not only my personal space as in where I
live, but also my mental space. So this week it is not a juice recipe, we're
actually making bone broth for you which has a lot of nutritional benefits. Here
are the ingredients and the recipe at exactly how to make it. 2 pounds of
bones, either beef, lamb and chicken, use all of them if you want to. Chicken feet are great. They have a lot
of gelatin in them. 1 white onion, 3 carrots, 2 stocks of celery, one beet, half a
head of garlic cloves, two tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar, herbs such as
parsley, cilantro, basil, seasalt and pepper to taste. And what you're gonna do is, for the best flavor, you're gonna roast the
bones for about 20 minutes in an oven, at 350, place all the ingredients except the
garlic and herbs into a crock-pot. Fill the water with the bones and veggies for
it to be covered 12 up to 24 hours. You can have it in there. And during the final 30
minutes, add the garlic cloves, and once it's cool, strain it into a container and
you have pure, delicious bone broth that's absolutely amazing. This week's

  13. Hey . I would like to thank you because you motivated me to start juicing and to change my lifestyle. I am having PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) and Hypothyroidism and yesterday i finished my 100th day detox to get rid of pesticides, toxins, gluten and others… through a new diet (for me!) which consist of being grain free, gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian (by choice but it is not compulsory). I have been very comitted the last months and my health improved a lot. I am not anymore exhausted all the time, i have energy to workout 4 times a week, my skin look better, my hair grow faster and the best of all, i'm feeling confident and happy.
    I have lost 14 pounds out of the 20 i had to lose and i am glad bcz with this health condition it is very hard to lose weight.
    I watched many of your videos and i applied many of your tips in my daily routine.(apple cider vinegar, matcha green tea… ).
    I have to confess that sometimes it was hard, especially for breakfast bcz for 3 months i'm juicing with a nutmilk bag! YES it takes me ages to make a juice but well, when you are motivated to get healthy, you keep on doing it everyday!
    In 3 weeks, i'll have a blood test and i'll see if my new lifestyle improve my health condition and why not, reversing it. I cross fingers! And about the topic of your video, since i'm eating healthy, my brain is sharper and i have much better memory. Bone broth helped me a lot with my leaky gut syndrome and i'll keep on consuming it.   15. I was soooooo excited to start doing some of your amazing recipes. So I took out my nutriBullet and tried the "juice cleanse recipe to detoxify your liver." I must of did something wrong because it was very thick and I couldn't drink it even though I added water. I was a little disappointed, but still motivated to start eating healthy.

Bone Broth – Yuck!!!  Sorry to say this is bad health advice.   Where do you think the Fluoride is stored in your body?  Yupp, in the bones.   So why in the hell would you recommend bone broth and call it Nutritional???  Sounds like to me the meat industry has bought you!  This advice promotes illness.
