  32. Es ist immer wieder beschämend zu sehen, dass gedopte Olympia-Bodybuilder moderate Gewichte bewegen. Da sie aufgrund ihres Dopings stark und massig aussehen, wird IMMER angenommen, dass solche Gewichte nur mit diesem Grad an Masse bewegt werden können….

    In Wahrheit ist es aber so, dass olympische Zweikämpfer jeglicher Gewichtsklassen über solche Gewichte lachen! Masse bedeutet halt doch NICHT immer Power!

  36. Man I do calisthenics and lift heavy. My cardio is amateur wrestling the training we do is exhaustive, I can slam a 300 pound dude which is shocking, I only weigh 260 pounds. Guys just be careful when u workout.
