  6. It's strange because I do 30 minutes of hiit almost everyday and I never experienced that flu affect. Perhaps it's different from person to person.

  11. Hi beautiful!! I'm very concerned about sth and I wonder if you could help me.
    I'm in the middle of my journey to lose weigh and so far I've lost about 25lb just with diet. The thing is I started exercising and when I do cardio I start feeling really bad. I can't breathe and my heart goes crazy. I wonder if it's normal (like my body just needs to get used to exercise) or should I be worried.
    I recently got my heart check and the doctor said it was fine but I'm still worried.
    (I'm 26, 5'3 and my current weight is 188)

  15. Hello lovely)) I need a bit of help.. What are the best ones to begin with, for loosing belly fat.. I always kept a +- constant weight and some mo ths ago I gained 10kg because I was eating often in the night. My arms are heavy πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ knees weak and I got a belly πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜­ I am going for a run 2 times per week which is not enough and I have been doing crunches and lunges sometimes. But I did it for some minutes and stopped. I'm a fuc…. Mess…. Do you have any suggestions on what else I could do? And how long I should train daily… Thank you so much that would help me much)).

    I know that I am good weight-wise, but want to get stronger and more toned, etc… but seriously… messes with my head

  18. OMG! I am so glad you shared about the HIIT because I did similar exercises and felt sick afterwards and it felt like had the flu too. I was nauseous and dizzy and didn't feel right for a few days..I guess it wasn't for me either.
