Careful, though, about your choice of music. The eighth-notes that fire up from the mandolin at 2:21 and again at other moments are competing with you, loudness masking your voice and also a bit stylistically inconsistent to what’s happening on screen at particular moments. Think of it how a film composer would write fine-tuned cues for specific scenes in a movie, unnoticeable emotional supports to the narrative 😉 (A quick fix, though, can be smoothly turning down the volume a bit at such potentially distracting moments.) Maybe a little more elaboration on the how-tos for the mini back bends or some "modified" (less intensive) version that takes back pain into account?
