The eighth-notes that fire up from the mandolin at 2:21 and again at other moments are competing with you, loudness masking your voice and also a bit stylistically inconsistent to what’s happening on screen at particular moments. Think of it how a film composer would write fine-tuned cues for specific scenes in a movie, unnoticeable emotional supports to the narrative πŸ˜‰
    (A quick fix, though, can be smoothly turning down the volume a bit at such potentially distracting moments.)

  73. I liked the video, though for someone with low back issues and a prior knee surgery it was a bit intense. Maybe a little more elaboration on the how-tos for the mini back bends or some "modified" (less intensive) version that takes back pain into account? Back pain was the reason I got into yoga in the first place, and I bet the story is the same for many others.
