A Healthy Romantic Dinner

hi everyone its tires so today I'm going to be doing something a little bit different I'm gonna be made to eat healthy and dancing yeah for a romantic date for your friends your family if you just want to make it a fancy dinner just for fun why not there's gonna be a auditory dish dessert and country so I hope you enjoy my little date with boo-bear and let's get started first I place some flowers in a mason jar for a simple decorative touch then just light some candles for that romantic setting I go there I can't wait to eat this delicious and healthy starting off is a drink known as the honey lemonade crushing I wonder what's in it all you need is the juice of half a lemon one tablespoon of honey and a cup of water then just stir it up for the honey to dissolve in the water it's a classic drink to cleanse your body next up is our salmon asparagus quinoa entree so I'm adding on some lemon juice to add some zesty flavor let's see how and you will need 1/4 cup of quinoa 1/4 of an onion a few asparagus and a salmon filet first pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit place your salmon filet on your tray and then top on a slice of lemon and bake it for about 25 minutes while it's baking rinse your quinoa rinse your quinoa about three times to lessen the bitterness then place it in a pan that has about a cup of water put yourself into a medium to high heat until it's brought into a boil then cover it and reduce the stove to low to medium heat let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed now I'm going to saute some onions so I'm using some coconut oil and then you taste your onions in so I'll take them around and that's it boiling the asparagus is very simple all you have to do is take some water put it into a pan let it boil at medium to high heat and cover it so that it comes to a boil then add in your asparagus produce the heat and let it simmer until the asparagus becomes a vibrant green make sure to take your salmon out of the oven when it's ready for the placement I'm putting the quinoa first then place the salmon on top add on the sauteed onions by the way I'm using sweet onion and then place the asparagus to the side and there you have it a delicious meal that is full of nutrition and you can't forget dessert so tonight we're having a banana pudding there seriously nothing better than a healthy dessert now prepare I wonder how he'll be new so the ingredients you'll need are one slice of medium firm tofu a tablespoon of agave 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a ripe banana first you'll need to blend up your tofu until it is a very smooth consistency then mash up your banana mix in the blended tofu and then add the banana into the blender with the tofu once it's blended add the vanilla extract stir it up and that's it you can also top on some banana coins and add a little bit of agave if you wanted to make it sweeter while this dinner was delicious so I hope we're healthy foods fitness routines and lifestyle tips so I'll see you guys in my next video

  16. Hi =D I discovered quinoa something like a month ago and I would like to know some ways to use it in healthy but tasty recipes, so I think that could be very useful if you would make a video about quinoa (that is a very healthy ingredient!), showing how we could eat it.
P.S: I love your videos and, above all, your recipes =) thanks!

  17. Is there a replacement for Quinoa?
I really don't like it. Maybe I cook it wrong? It either is slimey or hard. 🙁

  18. Please do more recipes!! You should do one for lunches for back to school or any really 🙂

  19. Great recipes here! An editing suggestion is to turn down the music volume and turn up the voice volume (or keep voice volume the same if music is turned down). It would make it easier to hear you. Otherwise fantastic video!

  23. I'd love to see a video that included food like spinach, chicken, mushrooms and pasta! When I'm eating healthy these are the 4 foods that I adore. I'm a very basic, fussy eater so foods that are spicy or have a weird name I don't tend to like lol.

  32. Isn't filet pronounced fillitt? Because if it was pronounced the way she says it it would be spelt like filét?

  33. I'm curious, why do you blend the tofu, then mash the banana, then mix them, and THEN blend them? If it were me, I'd just throw it all into the mixer (banana and tofu together) so I'm wondering if it makes a difference to take this extra step? 🙂

  34. I really love all your recipes! They're really amazing and I hope you could do more like this in the future! 😀 Thanks!

  35. Are you vegetarian? I would love more vegetarian recipes!!
