8 MINUTE MORNING Workout (Fast Morning FAT BURNER!!)



did you just wake up late and you think you have no time to work out this is your eighth minute morning workout let's go for exercises two times through they are some hard core exercises because if you only got eight minutes you're going to get it in if you want to do it longer you may you can do it to 12 minutes you can do it for 16 I really don't recommend more than that exercise number one I'm going to explain them to you you are going to go on your own and take your timer and just go knock it out first one 10 wide legs 10 high knees 10 inside feet are you ready wide leg so for 10 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 notice that I was going quickly this is not a right all right you did not intense high knees 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 in sight feet 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 then you go back 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 10 that's how hard and how fast you go number 1 number 2 hand cut throat push-ups some of you may have seen this on the athlean-x X 4 women Facebook page these are no joke I'm going to start off showing you the most advanced and I'm going to modify it from there so cutthroat push-ups what I did was instead of doing like a push-up clap I did a push-up and tried to cut the throat okay these can also be done from your needs you want to give it a try I'm also kind of tapping my shoulder you want to tap your shoulder just get up off the ground if this is even still too hard for you just do a push-up with a clap from your knees okay you can also just give me a push up with some shoulder taps okay even if you can still do push-ups from your toes but the clap or the cut throat is too hard for you you can still do these that's number two number three a jump squat with a dragon lunge so you're going to get down into the squat position you're going to jump up as high as you can back into the squat and you were just going to lunge back into the side when you see when I lunge back I'm taking a huge step straight behind me it's not a bunch back like that it's to the side that's exercise number three and the last one is plank pendulum from your elbows your body needs to be flat completely flat on the ground a regular pendulum you're in the pike position and you're swinging your legs from side to side the plank pendulum here in the plank and you're kicking your feet these are extremely hard I'm hitting your core straight core so I hit cardio a hit ABS I hit legs and I hit arms eight minutes that is all you need all right you guys don't forget to set your timer for eight rounds 10 seconds of rest and 50 seconds of work notice that I did not use any equipment so you literally can roll out of bed drop to the floor set your timer and do this workout okay if you want really great workouts like this and you want to do them be able to do them from home go on over to our website it's athlean-x X for women calm we even have nutritional plans and all kinds of things like that for you to get in your best shape also hit like comment down below and subscribe to our YouTube channel and that's it I am Melissa for athlean-x X for women and I will see you next time
