Hey, welcome to my youtube channel, my name is Jeffrey Beijen And today I’m here to show you how to strengthen your core muscles but only using a physio ball also known as a Swiss ball or a Exercise ball. I will be releasing three videos and this is going to be the first one in this video I’m going to show you how to build up the strength and power you need for the exercises in the second video Which contains a bit more difficult exercises? In the third video I will only show you exercises for the more experienced practitioners, but first things first How does this program work? Today, I will show you six different exercises 30 seconds each The only rest you’ll get is 10 seconds in between those exercises We will be repeating the whole series twice.
