  2. Thanks for showing us these exercises. Felt so good ! I love to wear shorts in the summer and my friends who are my age, mid 50’s say, ohhh, my thighs are too jiggly to wear shorts. So I guess they swelter in long pants. I refuse. My thighs aren’t too bad, but there’s always room for improvement ! Thanks !!!

  5. Schellea! just when I think you've plumbed the depths of your creativity, you come up with another pearler! I love your short work out vids! Love the change of scenery on this one too. I would add for all the ladies over 50 interested in keeping in shape – make sure you eat enough protein so those muscles have the necessary building blocks! Its a good idea to track your daily intake with an app….Maybe an idea for another vid??

  21. Very nice. However, in the closed leg squat please protect yourself and don't let your knees go beyond your toes. You should be able to look down and see your toes.

  28. Thank you! My advise: use weighted wrist bands to increase muscle strain. In the 50s we often loose suddenly and to fast muscle tissue, the belly grows and grows and legs become thinner and thinner. Only strength training with weights strengthen legs really, and give them beautiful shape.

I was doing my morning routine the morning stretch, toned arms, and leg workout and I was just saying to myself it would be great if she came out with another leg workout video and low and behold I got a notification that you just came out with this one!!
