Let’s go Okay, pull that knee up bring the elbow down beautiful you got it good go at your own pace Uh-huh Really keep your core nice and engaged you want your core to be tight as tight as you can get it Don’t stop get it get it There yes, keep going Knee to elbow go at your own pace your pace is good less than five seconds to go Get that heart rate up next up. Now maintain that do your best Almost there That was perfect put your hands behind your head we’re going to do prisoner bends Next feet are around shoulder-width apart. Your core is stable throughout this movement. It is strong There you go, you’re doing it lean as far to each side as you can possibly manage You will notice that your head and your upper body is making this harder. That’s the whole point You’re using your upper body as a resistance and you’re doing a great job of it Very good. You’re doing good. You’re almost done with this workout. Can you believe that?
