I feel like I should be getting stronger, instead the workouts are getting harder. My daughter wondered if I was exceeding my target heart rate. Frankly I had never considered that. Today I tested the theory. I found my rate should be 105-151. Today after vacuuming my house my rate was 145. Can you give me some guidance? I am trying to extend my life. Had sciatica etc went to physio and chiro once a week , it helped for 30 minBut that was it. Eventually went to neurosurgeon. Had nerve block now at this stage it really works. So if docs did 90 % I felt obligated to do my part. Oh so love your programme. I feel alive again. I feel years younger.
