Thank you Margaret:-) FYI: My favorite/healthy thing to eat is what I call…"Everything But The Kitchen Sink Oatmeal" (LOL) In a big bowl, combine the following: – 1 whole chopped Granny Smith (or) Fuji Apple– 1/4 cup of fresh Blueberries– 1/4 cup of dried Cranberries– Chopped Walnuts (raw)– Chopped Almonds (raw) – Fresh (finely chopped) Ginger– Sprinkle Cinnamon (to taste)– Sprinkle Nutmeg (to taste)Mix all the above with a big spoon.Pour 1 cup freshly cooked (plain) Oatmeal over the mixture.
