  36. Every muscle in my body is strong except for my lower back. Plas help me with that chris. Make a lower back video to make me get OP as you are.

    I started working out after I saw you and athleanX (Saw about 90% just ur videos) and I can now do handstand + handstand pushups but I still am unbalanced kinda so I go for the wall. Also I think its weird that I cant do wall walk´s but do a Handstand with good form. Also I am near to L sit and my Arms and chest are good enough to carry me (I can get into lotus sit and walk on hands lol)

  61. ok…so i did this yesterday. Took me 1 hour and a half lol. Today i am feeling pain in places on my body i didn't even knew existed, and my legs are destroyed. Hope i will be able to walk tomorrow, not kidding. The strange thing is, i actually feel good. Thanks for the inspiration. After 1 month and a half doing exercises i found in your channel and Athlean-x i already lost 7 kg (15 pounds i think), most important, i used to have pains in the back and i don't feel them any more but Jesus Christ i have to take breaks to write this lmao. Need some rest.
