1.0 Mile Happy Walk | Walk at Home | Walking Workout

hi everybody come on in we're going to walk one mile and you will never believe how easy it is how faceted every muscle involved for everybody come on everybody let's walk you ready guys walkers with me here we go all right four easy steps our our program so let me show you how to do it this is our warmup we walk into place just an easy March I find the pace that beat is absolutely part of the   26. Leslie I LOVE taking walks with you!!! You are always my "go to" work out when I've been away from exercise for a while. Your energy & sweet personality speaks to everyone! Your "walkers" are such lovely people! There is, however, one thing that is slightly discouraging. You have no walkers that look like me. No women over a size 4. Someone who is close to or over 200lbs. would be so much more motivating for those of us in that weight range. If I see them doing it, I know I can. Just something to think about. I'm only an hour away from New Castle, lol 🤭 (seriously, I am!) Much love to you & big hugs!❤️
