it’s Peta – Your Personal Face Exercise Coach from Facerobics® today I’m going to talk to you about how to start Facerobics® so stay with me and I’ll be back I have so many people coming
on to the channel as new subscribers and often they get very confused about how
to start Facerobics® now the channel is on YouTube’s platform so it’s a little
bit difficult to get things done in certain ways with my particular channel
so the basis of this video is to show you how to access the information and
how to start Facerobics® so the first thing is how to access the information
and what is the information so we’ve got two sets of things with Facerobics®
we’ve got the exercises and we’ve got The Method and The Method is how you
apply the exercises so we have the exercises in Exercise Along With Me Series 1-6 and then you do them in a certain way which is 50
repetitions for two weeks a hundred repetitions for two weeks
one hundred and fifty repetitions for two weeks and if you can’t do one
hundred and fifty you do 50 repetitions for three weeks and a hundred
repetitions for three weeks that’s the method the way you do the exercises is
the method but the exercises are there to be learned as well so we have the
exercises then we have the Exercise Along With Me Method so the first thing
is is that you have a set of exercises their routines from 1 to 6 you are to
cycle those routines every six weeks with one week off in between the six
weeks to learn the exercises and to learn them properly give yourself a
moment to learn them to learn them probably to watch the videos to hear
what I’m saying and to apply what I’m saying
and also that week gives you a chance to rest those little muscles after you’ve
been doing them 150 repetitions for two weeks
so then what you do is that all of the exercises are in playlists in the
playlist tab okay all of the exercises are in playlists in the playlist tab
this is where you get the information so everything’s in the playlist tab now if
you don’t know what where the playlist tab have a look it’s right here and that
way when you click on it what’s going to happen is that you’ll be able to find
all the different routines now sometimes that you a little bit muddled about
because if I add to one routine it’s sort of not like 1 2 3 4 5 6 it doesn’t
stay as it is in the playlist tip you have to actually look for them because
as I add things it actually moves moves the next playlist down and this is
youtube there’s also a link at the very top right-hand corner of your screen on
the home page now that link is a link to how to do the exercises so you can click
on that it will take you to my website that shows you how to do the exercises
ok so it’s really important that you
understand how to navigate YouTube because a lot of people actually get
very frustrated with me and they tell me that they can’t understand where to find
stuff but you actually just have to know how to navigate YouTube and if you know
the different taps also there’s a search facility along the tab bar which is
right next to the end of the taps you can even search in there for a video and
it will take you to it it’s something that YouTube needs to really teach their
people how to use the site and I think the more that people understand how to
use it then you’ll be able to access all the information that I have there for
you I mean there’s something like 400 videos there for you to have a look at
all in in playlists so you can have a look and have a look at which one
whichever one you want now the next thing is to start learning the exercises
so you start to learn the exercises before you try doing the exercise along
with me you have to know how to do the exercise before you actually do start
doing the routines so please go to the playlist to the Revel and exercises
learn those exercises and then start a week
laughter it’s really important that you do that you learn the first the other
thing is I don’t have talking with the exercise along with me series and that’s
because it’s something that if I was talking then you’re not able to start
thinking about other things whereas music will take you off to
another another level of your mind and that way you can start applying the
techniques that I’ve given you a focus of you know activating the mind-body
connection all that stuff that you need to do while you’re doing your routine
that will help you rather than me going now tip two three four five six seven
eight nine ten that does not help you think about other things that you need
to think about because this is an advanced program this is not just a you
know a dummy program that you do just to lift your face a little bit this is an
advanced program where you use a lot of your mind you use a lot of your mind
to activate your mind-body connection to focus to be thinking about what you’re
doing how you’re doing the exercises all sorts of things go on while you’re doing
the exercises so this is why I don’t have talking during the exercise along
with me series the other thing I want you to do is go and look at the
techniques going up with the Instructional Videos because those
technique videos will teach you how to do your exercises in a much deeper way
so you have much more chance of success of succeeding so go have a look at those
as well the next thing is is that once you’ve finished a series you move on to
the next one when you finish that series you move on to the next one once you get
to series six you come back to series one when you start rotating these
exercises in this series you will be amazed at the next time you get around
to that series the second time what you are able to do and how you’re able to do
those exercises now you’ll forget those exercises in each set so just go back
and watch them I forget them I have to go back and refresh my mind of which
ones are with in what exercise series so go back and refresh yourself learn them
again and then start again after that week so
